# Connect Claude on the web or desktop

These steps connect Claude at claude.ai to your Promoly account. Last tested on claude.ai on **October 11, 2026**. The Claude desktop app uses the same connectors, so a connector you add on claude.ai shows up there too.

## Add the Promoly connector

1. In Claude, open **Customize**, then **Connectors**.
2. Click **+** and choose **Add custom connector**.
3. Name it Promoly and enter this server address:

```

4. Leave the sign-in options as Claude detects them and click **Add**.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector once under **Organization settings**, then each person connects their own Promoly account.

## Connect your account

Click **Connect** next to Promoly. Promoly opens in your browser. Sign in, check that the page says it sends the connection to claude.ai, tick the access you want to allow and click **Allow access**.

## Check the connection

Start a new chat and ask:

Use Promoly to show which account you're connected to, then list my five most recent campaigns.
```

Claude asks before it uses a Promoly tool. You can allow each use or set a tool to always run under **Tool permissions** for the connector.

## Disconnect

Click **Disconnect** on the Promoly connector in Claude, or disconnect it under **Profile** → **Manage connected apps** in the Promoly dashboard. Disconnecting in Promoly ends the connection for good.
