# What do Received and Downloaded mean in Inbox?

Inbox cards now show when a promo arrived, and when you first downloaded it. Open [Promoly Inbox](https://ln.promo.ly/inbox/) and look under the title on each card. Gallery and list views both show this line.

## Received

**Received** is when that promo was delivered to you.

Recent times use short wording:

- today
- yesterday
- a few days ago (for example, 3 days ago)

Older promos use a short date (for example, 21 Aug).

Hover **Received** for the full date and time in your local timezone.

You can also narrow the list with the **Received** filter (for example, Within 10 days).

## Downloaded

**Downloaded** is the first time you took the files for that promo. It only appears after a download has been recorded.

Hover **Downloaded** for the full date and time.

A green **Downloaded** chip on the card means the promo has been downloaded. The date under the title tells you when.

## Tips

Unread still means you have not opened or played it yet.
