# What happens after I apply to the Promo Pool?

After you apply to join the Promo Pool (Tastemaker Network), we review your application before you appear in the pool for Promoly users to import.

### While we review

Your application stays pending until a reviewer approves it, declines it, or asks you to change something.

### If we ask for changes

You will get a no-reply email, and you will see a banner on the Tastemaker Network tab in your Account (/account?tab=pool). Inbox may also show a quiet “A few changes needed” link. Update what was requested, then use Submit updates. You should see Updates submitted, and your application returns to pending for another review.

### If you are approved

You’ll get an email confirming you’re in (Inbox applicants). You can be included in the Promo Pool for campaigns in the genres you signed up for.

### If you are not accepted

We don’t send a separate email. You can update your details and apply again.
