# What is the status column?

On the sent page, Promoly will display the list of outgoing promos. Included is the recipient column. When Promoly sends promo campaigns it displays different status' depending on the progress of the outgoing promo.

|| Pending - This means your outgoing promo is pending in the Promoly server 

|| Cued - This means Promoly has cued your outgoing Promoly ready to send 

|| Bounced - This means Promoly were unable to deliver your promo due to a bounce. 

|| Sent - Your promo is successfully sent by Promoly. 

|| Failed - Your promo delivery is unsuccessful. Please chat with us if this happens.
