Using The Command Search Palette


Search campaigns, jump between pages, and take quick actions from anywhere in the dashboard - without reaching for the mouse.


Opening the command palette


There are two ways to open it:


  1. Keyboard shortcut - Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) from any page
  2. Search bar - Click the search bar in the top menu


Press Esc or click outside the palette to close it.


Quick actions


When the palette opens with no search query, you'll see a list of quick actions:


  • New Campaign - starts the campaign type chooser
  • Go to Campaigns, Sent, Activity, Subscribers, Subscriber Groups, Tastemaker Network, Sender Profiles, Billing, Support - jump straight to that page


Use the arrow keys to highlight an action and press Enter to select it, or just click.


Searching campaigns


Start typing a campaign name and matching campaigns appear below any navigation results. The search checks against the campaign name, subject line, short URL, and campaign type (Promo, Pre-save, Links, Event).


Archived campaigns are excluded from results.


Campaign action keywords


You can combine an action keyword with a campaign name to go straight to a specific action. Type the keyword followed by part of the campaign name:


Keyword

What it does

send

Opens the send page for that campaign

report (or stats, analytics, results)

Opens the campaign report (promo campaigns that have been sent)

preview

Opens a preview of the campaign in a new tab

copy

Copies the campaign's landing page URL if available, or the campaign ID for promo campaigns

link (or url)

Copies the landing page URL (pre-save, links, and event campaigns)

copy id

Copies the campaign ID to your clipboard

edit (or open)

Opens the campaign editor (this is also the default when no keyword is used)


Examples


  • send artist name - opens the send page for campaigns matching "artist name"
  • report my release - opens the report for campaigns matching "my release"
  • link presave campaign - copies the landing page URL for matching campaigns
  • copy id artist name - copies the campaign ID

Notes


  • The palette searches your locally loaded campaign list - the same campaigns shown on the Campaigns page
  • Up to 8 campaign results are shown at a time, with a total cap of 12 results including navigation items
  • The palette adapts to your current theme (dark or light mode)
  • When you select "New Campaign" from outside the Campaigns page, you'll be redirected to the Campaigns page and the campaign type chooser will open automatically
