How do I cancel my account?

Cancel stops payment. It does not delete your account.

Stop paying

1. Open billing.
2. Click Cancel subscription.

Your login, campaigns, private list, and files stay.

Pause instead

Some accounts can pause from billing instead of cancelling. If you see pause, you can take a break for up to 3 months. If you don't, cancel is the stop-paying path.

Delete is a different action

To remove the account and the data on it, use Delete account on the same billing page. That is not the same as cancel.
