How do I cancel my account?

Promoly charges on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your needs. We don’t lock you into a long-term contract – so you can cancel your account at any time.

To pause your account, head to billing and click cancel my membership.

The following action will suspend your subscription, but your account will remain active for any remaining days that fall within this billing period. Once your last day has officially ended, your account will enter into a short grace-period, afterwhich we will begin "sun-setting" your account and removing all storage items.
