    Occasionally payment cards are declined. This is generally due to the bank blocking the transaction for various reasons. If you are trying to purchase or renew your subscription and experiencing difficulties, please chat with us, and we will manually sort this out for you.Some readers
  • How do I cancel my account?
    Promoly charges on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your needs. We don’t lock you into a long-term contract – so you can pause your account at any time. To pause your account, click the chat bubble or head to support on the mailer dash and let us know you wish to cancel.Some readers
  • How many credits do I have left?
    To view how many credits (email sends) you have remaining, please hover over the top right corner of the Promoly dashboard. A menu will appear and display the remainder.Few readers
