My payment is being declined
Occasionally payment cards are declined. This is generally due to the bank blocking the transaction for various reasons. If you are trying to purchase or renew your subscription and experiencing difficulties, please chat with us, and we will manually sort this out for you.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Braintree Gateway Payments power all payments. Promo.ly does not store any financial information on their servers.
How do I cancel my account?
Promoly charges on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your needs. We don’t lock you into a long-term contract – so you can pause your account at any time. To pause your account, click the chat bubble in the bottom left of this screen and send us a message. Someone will assist you within 24 hours.
