  • How do I cancel my account?
    Promoly charges on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your needs. We don’t lock you into a long-term contract – so you can cancel your account at any time. To pause your account, head to billing and click cancel my membership.Few readers
  • Incorrect billing
    If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please raise a support ticket, and it will be addressed.Few readers
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Braintree Gateway Payments power all payments.Few readers
  • My payment is being declined
    Occasionally payment cards are declined. This is generally due to the bank blocking the transaction for various reasons. If you are trying to purchase or renew your subscription and experiencing difficulties, please chat with us, and we will manually sort this out for you.Few readers
  • How many credits do I have left?
    To view how many credits (email sends) you have remaining, please hover over the top right corner of the Promoly dashboard. A menu will appear and display the remainder.Few readers
