What do Received and Downloaded mean in Inbox?

Inbox cards now show when a promo arrived, and when you first downloaded it. Open Promoly Inbox and look under the title on each card. Gallery and list views both show this line.

Received

Received is when that promo was delivered to you.

Recent times use short wording:

• today
• yesterday
• a few days ago (for example, 3 days ago)

Older promos use a short date (for example, 21 Aug).

Hover Received for the full date and time in your local timezone.

You can also narrow the list with the Received filter (for example, Within 10 days).

Downloaded

Downloaded is the first time you took the files for that promo. It only appears after a download has been recorded.

Hover Downloaded for the full date and time.

A green Downloaded chip on the card means the promo has been downloaded. The date under the title tells you when.

Tips

Unread still means you have not opened or played it yet.
