What audio formats do you support?

Promoly supports .wav, .aif, .flac, .mp3, and .m4a file formats.

If you import a track from Spotify or another streaming service, Promoly stores the public preview (usually about 30 seconds), not the full master. Upload the full file if you need the complete track.
