How do I delete my account?

Only the account owner can delete the account. Editors cannot.

Delete from billing

1. Open billing.
2. Click Delete account.
3. Type your account email and current password.
4. Click Delete account again.

This removes your plan, add-ons, team seats, sender profiles, campaigns, private list, and files.

You can't undo it. The original email can sign up again later as a new account.

Cancel is different

Cancel subscription only stops payment. Your login and data stay until you delete.

If you only want to stop paying, use cancel. If you want the account and data gone, use Delete account.

Team seats

People on your team keep their own accounts. They just lose access to yours.
