How many Sends do I have left?

To view how sends you have remaining, please hover over the top right corner of the Promoly dashboard. A menu will appear and display the remainder.

When you activate or renew a paid plan (Stripe), Promoly applies your plan's monthly send allowance to that balance. Extra send packs you buy are added on top.

If you run out of credits but don't wish to subscribe to a higher billing plan, you can buy extra sends for £7 per 250-send block. Extra fan sends are £2 per 1000.

If you just activated a plan and still see 0 sends while billing shows Active, refresh the page. If it stays at 0, chat us and we'll fix it.
