How do team seats work?

Team seats are how people share one Promoly account.

The account owner uses 1 seat.

Extra seats are £9 per month, 1 seat each, up to 5 extra.

You can buy extra seats on Pro, Premium, Label, and Ultra only, and only through Stripe.

Starter and Basic cannot buy a lone extra seat. If a second person needs access, upgrade to Pro.

Occupied seats are the owner, plus active members, plus pending invites.

Members inherit the owner's entitlements.

Seats do not unlock plan-gated features. A seat lets someone into the account. It does not raise the plan.
