Slow uploads

If your uploads are slow, there could be many factors to take into consideration — for example, slow internet, browser plugin conflict, incorrect file type or Promoly’s servers may be under stress.

If this happens, we recommend logging out and back in again to see if that resolves the problem. If it doesn’t, try logging into Promoly using an incognito browser.
