Adding contacts to groups
You can do this via different routes: Within the 'subscribers' dash, click '+' to add a new contact. Fill out the form and select 'groups' located at the bottom. You can add them to an individual to multiple groups if necessary. For single contacts: Within the 'subscribers' dash, select the contact, click 'multi-group assignment' icon and then select the appropriate group. To view which subscribers are in a group, simply follow the steps below: Log in to your account and navigate to the /subscribers section. Once you are in the Subscribers section, you will see a list of all your subscribers. To filter your subscribers by group, click on the "Filter by group" button. You can now add VIP groups in Promoly. Anyone assigned to that group will display first in your promo feedback report. This is an excellent way of highlighting your top contacts.
